Education.  Woodlands are a fantastic resource for education at all levels.  Many woodland owners welcome school groups into their woodlands, and offer opportunities for Scout groups and other organisations to learn about wildlife and management.  The Forest Education Initiative promotes the use of woodlands by schools, through local cluster groups.  Get in touch with your local cluster group through the FEI website.  Organisations offering a range of courses are often looking for venues for which they are willing to pay rental.
