Coed Lleol support three different woodland activity groups running in Ceredigion including Aberystwyth as part of our Actif Woods Wales programme. We run woodland health and wellbeing activities with and for people:
For fortnightly ‘led’ walks, and fortnightly ‘friendship’ walks. Taking place in various woodlands around the Aberystwyth area. Open to all who experience a chronic health condition. Meet 12.30pm at Morrisons to lift share.
Doing various woodland activities (including craft, conservation, art and walks). For all who attend the MIND drop-in. Register directly with MIND Aberystwyth.
Sessions running for residents of Tai Ceredigion housing schemes – restarts again in 2019.

Actif Woods Aberystwyth is bidding to bag a massive cash boost from the Tesco Bags of Help initiative. It is one of three community organisations in Aberystwyth competing for grants of £4,000, £2,000 and £1,000 raised from carrier bag sales in Tesco stores. Customers can vote in two Aberystwyth Tesco stores from Saturday 1st September to Wednesday 31st October 2018, using a token given to them at the check-out each time they shop. Vote for Actif Woods at Aberystwyth North Parade Express (postcode SY23 2JN) and Aberystwyth Superstore (postcode, SY23 1PB).
