Communications Project Officer

Salary: £25,340 pro rata

Contract: Fixed term contract until end of December 2024. 2 days / 15 hours per week. Working hours are flexible but you will need to be available for meetings and events on particular days.

Job purpose

A. To raise the profile of multiple projects through publicity, press and outreach activities.

B. To disseminate expertise and knowledge about social forestry and social prescribing, positioning Coed Lleol -Small Woods Wales as experts in the field.

C. To support Project Officers in developing a local publicity strategy and ensuring they havethe resources they need.

D. To work with the project team to communicate clearly with government, councils and health boards about the achievements of Coed Lleol-Small Woods Wales.
