Over winter we are running free 6-week online courses to help boost health and wellbeing through connecting to woodlands and nature. All our courses will be run in English on Zoom.
Delve into the foundations of a healthy diet, learn about foraging and take part in online cooking sessions. This is an Agored Cymru accredited course.

Looking locally, nationally and globally to explore a variety of environmental issues. This is an Agored Cymru accredited course

Mindfulness meditation to connect with yourself as part of the natural world and tools to take into your daily life to support wellbeing.
8th February - 15th March, 4pm - 5.15pm
To gain accreditation for courses involves completion of a short workbook which supports the course content and your learning. On completion you will gain a certificate from Agored Cymru.
