Actif Woods Wales


Actif Woods Wales runs a variety of sessions in woodlands across Wales to improve participants' health and wellbeing.

This project helps people to:


  • Discover new skills and passions
  • Find confidence
  • Exercise
  • Make friends
  • Help to protect our environment

Each session can consist of multiple woodland activities, such as:


  • Campfire cooking and foraging
  • Woodland walks
  • Conservation activities
  • Woodland crafts
  • Green gym
  • Survival skills
  • Mindfulness
  • Forest bathing
  • and much more!
