Coed Lleol (Small Woods Wales) runs woodland health and wellbeing activity groups in Anglesey as part of our Actif Woods Wales programme. Discover how woodlands can help breathe new life into your soul, while learning to care for the environment.
Our sessions are designed to offer participants the opportunity to learn new skills, gain confidence, provide a friendly environment and opportunity to make friends, spend time outdoors and protect the natural environment.
