Coed Lleol (Small Woods Wales) runs woodland wellbeing activity groups across Wales as part of our Actif Woods Wales programme. We help people boost their physical and mental health through connecting to woodlands and learning to care for the environment.

Find out more about the benefits of woodlands for health and wellbeing on our Social Forestry for Participants page.
During Covid-19, we've been working online to help people connect to nature and woodlands at home and in their local area (click here to find out how we can support you). We're working on getting back to the woods safely as soon as possible. Check back here and on our Facebook page for updates.
