Dawn has a long career in customer service management and an extensive knowledge of GDPR. She was previously employed by a worldwide electronics company, however with conservation, nature, and wildlife being close to her heart, she feels very lucky to have become part of the Small Woods family.

She absolutely loves owls, because they’re so beautiful, mysterious, and calm, she's also a big fan of donkeys and goats.

As well as performing the role of finance assistant, Miranda does the administration for both the Build A Bench and The Community Walled Garden projects. She is based in Coalbrookdale, Shropshire.

Miranda adores cooking and constantly has her nose in a cookbook. She also takes a lot of landscape photographs, which sometimes feature in the Small Woods e-Bulletins.

Her favourite tree is cherry, as they are so beautiful and always make her think of spring and new beginnings. She would love to travel to Japan one day for the annual Cherry Blossom Festival.

As administration assistant, Ann's work includes processing new and existing memberships and keeping our records up to date. She also looks after the admin side of our courses and events by sending out information to attendees and keeping an eye on how places are filling up.
