Marking a successful summer in Wrexham

We held a lovely celebration event last week at the beautiful garden in Erddig, Wrexham. Several families who had attended the summer sessions run in partnership with Yellow and Blue who support various groups in Wrexham with fantastic events that help to beat social isolation, came along to enjoy the space.

Rachel ran several nature craft activities with the children and adults and everyone enjoyed a picnic where we were joined by the Wrexham walking group. After a tour  around the site led by our wonderful volunteer Tony we returned for whittling activity with James from the Woodland Classroom. A couple of supportive health also practitioners dropped in, eager to understand and learn more about how we can work together.

A wonderful day with weather to match, enjoyed by all and great representation from the wide range of people we work and support in various ways. Thanks to everyone for making it such a successful event!
