Learn a new skill online 

Discover how to boost your health and wellbeing through connecting with nature!

All of our free courses are run in English through our easy-to-use learning platform, with course materials available in Welsh and English.   

Sessions last 1 hour and run over a six-week period, with both lunchtime and evening slots available.

These courses are available to anyone who is registered with Coed Lleol / Small Woods and lives in the following areas:

- Conwy

- Pembrokeshire

- Anglesey

- Neath Port Talbot

NATURE CRAFTS

Explore the beauty of nature and discover new craft techniques. Expert tutor Peggy Beer will guide you through this six week programme. Work with foraged elements to create seed bombs, dreamcatchers, natural dyes and more.

Conwy residents: 18th September - 23rd October, Wednesdays, 5 - 6pm

Pembrokeshire & Neath Port Talbot residents: 7th November - 12th December, Thursdays, 11am - 12pm

Anglesey residents: 7th November - 12th December, Thursdays, 1 - 2pm

 

FORAGING FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Discover the many benefits of foraging for health and wellbeing. Expert tutor Jody Marshall will take you through the basics of foraging, including plant identification, harvesting, and preparation. Gain the practical skills and knowledge you need to improve your diet, mental health, and connection to nature.

Conwy residents: 16th September - 21st October, Mondays, 5 - 6pm

Pembrokeshire & Neath Port Talbot residents: 8th November - 13th December, Mondays, 11am - 12pm

Anglesey residents: 16th September - 21st October, Mondays, 1pm - 2pm
