Wellbeing programmes

We focus on improving health and wellbeing by getting people active in local woodlands and the outdoors.

We work with a wide range of skilled and experienced outdoor Activity Leaders, offering immersive experiences in nature. A great deal of national and international research, including our own in-house monitoring and evaluating, now provides evidence of the health benefits of outdoor activities in nature.

We can offer a range of training and experience sessions through our nature-based services. They can be delivered as a one-off immersive experiences, where people get lost in the wonders of nature for a day or a series of on-going sessions to hone a specific skill.
