We are pleased to announce that the Shared Prosperity Fund has extended its support for our popular Connecting People, Nature and Place through skills and training project in Neath Port Talbot, South Wales.
We will be able to offer free places on our nature-based wellbeing and training programmes to 200 more people this year, thanks to the grant extension.
Our project officers are planning a range of sessions including:
‘Over the past couple of years we’ve seen a growing demand for our programmes,’ says Caroline White, South Wales Project Coordinator. ‘People want to spend more time in nature for their wellbeing. We can support them to do this, whilst also helping them to build new skills, gain qualifications and meet new people. It’s fantastic that the funders recognise the importance of our work.’
