Our cancellation and refunds policy

 

By purchasing a course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

To cancel a booking, you must inform us either by:

Refunds

Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the course will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

If we are able to fill your place, refunded fees can be transferred to another course of the same type. Please contact the office to discuss.

Dorset button making

Dorset buttons are a traditional handcrafted thread button, originating in the 17th century. 

Easy to make and pleasing to look at, these buttons are created by wrapping floss or yarn around the ring shaped base and then stitching an intricate pattern in the centre.

Shrink pot making
