A Summer Symphony

 

A free six-week programme open to all adults (16+)

Wednesdays, 11am – 2pm

19th June – 24th July 2024

Tune into the energy of the summer with the help of the plants around us. We’ll be foraging, plant medicine making, and experiencing some blissful nature connection. 

The aim of the Green Health Hub Cynefin is to promote community mental health and wellbeing opportunities for community groups through access to local green spaces.
