Give your wellbeing a natural boost whilst finding out about local organisations that can support you to feel your best.
Take part in foraging, wellbeing and wildlife walks, bushcraft, nature crafts and games, health information stalls.
Bring a picnic and money for coffee and treats, and dress for the weather.
