Breaking Barriers – Swansea

This project is funded through the Heritage Lottery Fund to support adults and families from multicultural backgrounds across Swansea, to experience new skills in the outdoors and help us learn more about their different cultures and background which enables us to support their individual needs. Working alongside Race Council Cymru and The Centre for African Entrepreneurship.
